cordon bleu chicken.

dinner tonight was cordon bleu chicken. not really cordon bleu, just cheese inside the chicken. haha. nevertheless, it was delicious. cooked by me. haha.

the chicken breasts that i've fried. it looked good but it tasted EXTREMELY GOOD!

see the cheese melting out.

the french fries. me and baby had fun shaking them inside a box. haha. we put in salt and herbs :P

that is like h e a v e n! haha.

started very slowly together with the coleslaw that i made.

the gravy, ikea's meatball sauce, which we improvised. thanks to baby's idea. he put half the amount of water and top it up with milk to make it more creamy.

i'm still going on. but baby has finished eating. it took me quite a lot of effort.

you all must be wondering. what is that red string doing inside the chicken? it was actually my idea, to improvise. haha. i cut the chicken breast into half and i put the sliced cheese in between and close it. i wanna keep the cheese in the chicken without it falling out, so i took needle and thread, sew up the opening. clever eh?

baby somehow liked to eat like that. don't ask me why.

and you know, i am angry now. WHERE'S THE COLESLAW PICTURE?! aihx. it was delicious. i cut the cabbage and baby shredded the carrot using the shredder. then we put all in one big container and mixed it with some salad sauce. it was fantastic! sorry la. no coleslaw picture. the main thing is, to prove that i can cook! haha. and i kid no one. i think i wanna open store. hmm.
