Growing up as a tomboy, I always have this inner feminine side. I would always scroll through pages of pictures of wedding dresses, wedding hall decorations, wedding cakes and everything that is related to wedding. Moreover, no, I am not hinting on anything at all. If you would like to think me hinting something to the boyf, sorry to say but we have everything planned out :) If I like you, you would most likely get an invitation in 5 years. If I do not like you, go to bed.

I see no harm in dreaming. Dreaming gets you to places. So, dream and make it big! I was born and blessed (cursed for the boyf) with a very wild imagination. Well, also say cheers to the fact that I am a high maintenance person though I would love to debate that I am not. I am easily pleased but I do love to have some standard. It comes with a (hefty) price.

Wedding dress



This is genius! I am always a big fan of lace! The only thing about this is that I could not find a full-length picture of the dress. I would love to see how the bottom of the dress looked like. In any case, I can always mix and match with -



I love how the bottom of the dress looked like. It would be nicer if it is simple but maintaining the lace near the bottom hem. I think it would look nice provided with some improvisation. Or, I could just let the bottom plain. Oh and the dress will be in ivory pearl colour!



Now I wish I were some super artist so I can draw out what I visualize. Nevertheless, I guess words have not entirely failed me yet!

Venue and decorations

I like peace, tranquillity and green. It shall be a garden wedding :) facing the beach since the boyf love sea!



And along the side of the aisle will be decorated with bunches of -



As for dinner, garden terrace theme filled with white roses and candles in cups, stars and moon as lighting!



Oh! I had forgotten about this. Guest book :) since it is a garden wedding; I might as well go all out with the theme!





What did I left out. Oh I know! A list of people I do not want in my wedding! Nah. I am not that bad :p

Food (our favourite part!)

Me: What kind of food would you like?
Boyf: French food!
Me: Anything in specific?
Boyf: Peking duck.
Me: That is not French food ok?

Therefore, everyone would be eating only this the entire night -



Pot au feu, which means beef stew with mixed vegetables. How considerate am I for your health! Ho ho ho!

For aperitif, a glass of champagne or fortified wines like Martini or Porto served with crabe au citron (crab with lemon). Something that has a touch of the South of France :)



That picture is a mille-feuille de crabe au citron. I could not find what I want but this is as close as I can get! Mille-feuille is known as Napoleon as well.

For entrees, we will have soup a l'Oignon gratinee. Onion soup au gratin, the only thing that makes you fart like there is no tomorrow.



For the main dish, I am thinking of terrine de saumon aux epinards (salmon and spinach terrine).



Of course, served in reasonable portion! The name says it all :) delicious as it sounded like!

Dessert! My favourite part of all meals. If the desert is not up to my standard, dinner would never be perfect. For desert, it is a battle between,


Mousse au chocolat


Creme caramel


Tarte fine aux pommes et romarin (thin apple pie with rosemary)

Now tell me, which one? Prolly I should serve all three :D or let them pick! And now, wedding cake :)



In slightly larger than cupcake size. This would make everyone happy and us as well.
