since the starting of my high school days, i started having a strong liking towards any kind of show/ books/ comics that is related to all those detective stuff. i even have a whole series on Academy Detective Q just cause it is related to detective. also, i have this life action movie of Detective Conan. yes, my liking for such genre is THAT strong. haha. i think i still have a Sherlock Holmes book lying somewhere around in my house. it is a very very very thick book and the fonts are dreadfully small as well. i suppose, to be a good detective, you have to be good at reading fine prints >.<



i think it was pretty smart to put one of the mystery Sherlock Holmes image in The Land of Cheeser Dot Com. there is a saying that goes like this, "behind every successful man there is a (hot stunningly beautiful sophisticated smart) woman". you know, like Irene Adler, an alluring and seductive woman from New Jersey earned Holmes's grudging respect by outwitting him. haha! even the screen shot gives a picture of an alluring and seductive woman next to the mystery Sherlock Holmes image!



hor! this one i really have to salute. i found the second mystery Sherlock Holmes image in KYCakap Dot Com see the joy stick? it is for those criminals to repent (i know wrong Boss!) and it is in pink! which also means, you repent now and He still love you :D KY is some sort like Holmes and the only difference is that, Holmes hunt for criminals, law offenders while KY hunts for food -.-

see! now you know why they choose The Land of Cheeser Dot Com and KYCakap Dot Com. cause they both fits being Irene Adler and Sherlock Holmes! haha. in a way :p



this mystery Sherlock Holmes image, from far it looked like Oreo and that image made me hungry *munches on Oreo* but then, thanks to the practice of reading Sherlock Holmes book, it is actually Holmes's hat and a leather magnifying piece/ something with leather with a coin.

however, as i was doing a little research, i stumbled upon this. i wonder what they meant by this 8. Knowledge of Anatomy — Accurate, but unsystematic. my assumption is accurate - knows where and what he should do, unsystematic - wrong timing -.-

celebrated the first day of two zero zero nine getting squished in Mid Valley. everyone is like refugees hungering for food. only difference that it is SALES instead of food. besides than all that tempting up to 70% discount boards, the theater also sees a long queue which i think scored more than 100 meters. was planning to watch Yes Man but most of the movies were sold out and looking at the queue alone, no was a definite answer. had a nice hearty meal in Carl's and i swear not to enter Carl's in another few months *prolly about four to five months*. loiter around and spent an hour in Borders reading gossip magazines. most of the good books were wrapped up and those that are not weren't that interesting. went for a very nice delicious dinner in Cheras. everything was steamed and i super super ♥ the steamed Tilapia fish in bean sauce. it was spicy and has that WHAO sensation.

seriously, what is there to blog about today? besides than my aunt coming over to my place to ask about National Service and going to Pyramid with the boyf. i guess there is nothing much going to go on today. unless if we decide to catch a movie. i wonder what is up in cinema nowadays. Bolt sounds fine. oh and Cicakman2 is out! i still remember how much the first one suck! The Day The Earth Stood Still is showing today. i wonder if this is any better than the 1951's The Day The Earth Stood Still. the 1951's TDTESS *shortened the title. it is freakishly long!* is a black and white science fiction film. whilst the recent TDTESS, is a remake of the 1951 classic sci-fi film about an alien visitor and his giant robot counterpart who visit earth.

The remake of The Day the Earth Stood Still will supposedly remain true to the original movie. However, there is a chance the remake will more likely remain true to the short story upon which the 1951 movie is based. In either case, the alien weaponry seems to have been upgraded. In addition to a city going dark, and a very brief look at the new Gort, the film trailer shows a cloud of black smoke, capable of rapid movement and disintegrating matter on contact.

A TEENAGER has been charged with knifing her fella — because he wouldn’t have sex with her. Frisky Brittany Phillips, 19, allegedly stabbed boyfriend Todd Stewart in the mouth. His police mugshot shows dried blood on his chin from a wound in his bottom lip. Stewart told cops they were in bed when Phillips demanded sex. He told her he wasn’t in the mood and tried to push her off him. But she wouldn’t take no for an answer so he went to kip on the living room sofa. Stewart, 35, told police she still “would not leave him alone” and started to become violent. He claimed Phillips then stabbed him in the lower lip with “a long metal object which appeared to be a knife”. The teenager admits attacking him but claims she was acting in self-defence as he had hit her first. Phillips was charged with aggravated battery in West Monroe, Louisiana, US. She was also booked on two outstanding warrants for simple battery and damage to property. Stewart, who allegedly punched and kicked her, was charged with simple battery.

The Red Shoes.

The Red Shoes tells the story of Sun Jae, a thirty something eye doctor and dutiful wife who ends up finding a pair of abandoned shoes in the subway. She quickly takes the shoes as her own, but in the process, eventually discovers that these seemingly harmless items may possess a frightening power all of their own!

all the story is trying to say is that
this lady found the red shoes
and she killed many people
subconsciously (like she has mentality problem or something).

so, i'm home since yesterday 6ish and i will be gone tomorrow after dinner. nothing much happened. baby was so so so so silly pro and confident that he signed up for a snooker tournament which is tomorrow at 12noon. am hungry now, VERY!


oh, talking about hungry, i watched 30 Days of Nights this morning with baby and Di Sheng. the movie was messy. i think they were trying to make the point that vampires still exist and it is not just another fairy tale? i don't know, seriously. what i know is that they go around the town biting people's head off their body so they won't get infected as well, burn the whole town so that no one would know what happened to the people in the town, the hero was being a big time hero by sticking a needle and drawing blood out of one of the guy who got infested and jab it in to his arm so he would be one of them, then the hero being the BIG BIG BIG time hero tried to kill the head of the vampires after he turned into one of them, ultraman fighting style (and by ultraman fighting style, i mean, the hero drops to the ground almost beaten to death and that is when he got this super almighty power to attack the head and kill him!), then the hero die by the hot glazing sun (vampires mah. vulnerable to sun?) next to his wife looking as the sun rises.


the worst part is that, there is this chinese boy and chinese girl sitting behind me. somehow, the boy is like acting all smart alex typo. before the movie starts (during the commercial time)

and 20 minutes after the movie started, the girl yelled like a puppy that got raped. stupig. during the whole show, the guy just couldn't stop showing how smart he was that he could predict what was going to happen next, and the only problem is that, HIS PREDICTIONS WERE ALL WRONG. baby had to look back and asked him can you just shaddup? he did, for 10 seconds. seriously kan, i think the Digi yellow man can make an advertisement/notice out of this issue cause i think the froggie from the don'tknowwhat family isn't singing good enough. or prolly they have to make one in canton, mandarin, malay and even tamil. you know, perpaduan mah.


oh and, I'M GETTING A NEW PHONE LIKE TOMORROW.

sunday =) waiting for sunday like mad. sunday is the proof of our one year of strong love. yes yes yes. sunday is the day where we first started in a very unusual way. it feels like yesterday once more. i like it when good times feels like yesterday once more. my lips would turn into a smile and my day would brighten up. we planned for quite a lot for sunday actually. we saved up money so that we can go Shogun. the sushi buffet; which is NOT cheap, fyi. crossing my fingers hoping that everything would go smoothly.

DIA is acting like DIA is very clever (not!) and DIA thinks that people stick to DIA is because DIA very influential. but the fact is NOT?! so much for the ooohs and ahhhhs of Harry Porter and the Order of Phoenix cause most of the time i didn't get it. just cause i didn't read the book but it was so w.h.a.t.e.v.e.r cause it was nice to watch ;] anyway, it is not something that i would want to watch again. rather spend my money on Transformers again BUT i just want to watch the last 30 minutes again where they all transformed and kicked robotic + humanic arses. i don't know why everyone would go like "OMGGGGGGG! Cho Chang kissed Harry! i so wished i'm her!" LOL. yearh, i really wonder why. i mean Harry is not the only so-they-say-he-is-cute guy living on earth. *ahem* i know i'm saying this cause i got shayang ;] top it off, it is nice but for me, not worthy for second watch.

nothing's been up lately except for the fact that i'm tired because of work. i wonder, is it worth it? maybe yes maybe not. bah. blank mind for now. update another time.

listening to the rumbling sound of hunger in my stomach, cursing the real slow line; life is not getting any better in any way or so for this morning. red eyes and black circles orbiting around my eyes; signs of not getting enough sleep. aching legs with sore backs and shoulders; signs of long hours of working and standing.
